We had over 30 attendees for our housewarming. Love, laughter, and family filled our living room! Our house was now a home! Three months ago, my fiance, Tonithia "Nini" Reid, and I were starting the next chapter of our dating journey. As as first-time buyers, we had no idea what we were getting ourselves into when we set out on this journey. We spent months searching with a different realtor and it just was not working out for us. Once we were under contract we started to plan some renovations.
