Katie approaches every transaction with an innate entrepreneurial mindset and can-do attitude. Being a local gal, Katie is most familiar with Alexandria, Arlington, and Fairfax but will go anywhere you want to be in the Greater Washington region. She was born in Alexandria, raised in Arlington, and currently lives in West Alexandria with her partner Carl and dog Hoagie.

 

“I enjoy helping first-time homebuyers as well as millennials looking to invest in real estate,” says Katie, who also offers estate liquidation, staging, and home organizing services. “My goal is to demystify the home-buying process,” she continues. “It’s a big commitment, but I want people my age, and at any age just getting started, to know they are capable of doing it with ease. Whether finding your forever home or building wealth through real estate investment, I’ll make the process smooth, informative, and rewarding.”

 

A George Mason University graduate with a major in Sustainable Community Development, Katie went on to excel in event production management, curation, and marketing. She spent over a decade in the field from Los Angeles to Washington, D.C., gaining a keen eye and invaluable understanding of how space affects people, and how an environment can have a lasting impact. Katie is very creative with how to best style and utilize a space to live in or showcase to sell; plus she’s highly detail-oriented, organized, and communicative. Her endearing personality and penchant for service shine through in every interaction.

 

As a Cuban-American, Katie speaks both English and Spanish fluently. In her free time, she enjoys thrifting and DIY projects. You can also often find her out directing a photo shoot or singing karaoke with friends.
